Responsibilities:

  • Manage VPO log – includes coding, submitting, and investigating discrepancies.
  • System corrections to complete process as required.
  • Manage Stage Release tracker – Purchase Order and Work Order stage releases.
  • Coordinate state sheet/plans/selections/options/community specs/default vendors.
  • New plan/Community build – includes bid management, in-house takeoff assemblies, contract adds, and budget review.
  • Liaison between builders, trades, and office – plans, specs, options, selections, takeoffs, contracts, and pricing.
  • Option build and management within Purchasing software.
  • Contract and item pricing management within the Purchasing software.
  • Community specific detail management within the Purchasing software.
  • Vendor management
