As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, the new person in this role will be responsible for a variety of marketing tasks, including but not limited to:

  • regular website updates with community or plan information and photography 
  • updating all online home listings
  • providing collateral material/supplies to the sales team in a timely manner
  • maintaining monthly marketing plans and managing plan timelines and deadlines
  • coordination of all signage
  • coordination of creative for print and digital collateral
  • oversee execution of events
  • maintaining positive relationships with all marketing vendors
  • maintain and manage customer service surveys
  • maintain a good working relationship between Paran Homes and various lenders, outside lenders and closing attorneys throughout the closing process
  • follow-up with lenders for the status of loans
  • work closely with Sales Manager on opening and closing communities
  • schedule all closings with the attorneys
  • maintain and update weekly and monthly closing reports
  • manage marketing traffic reports
  • review and manage with sales manager digital marketing reports
  • maintain and test sales lines as well as internet leads
  • ensure consistent branding throughout 

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous real estate marketing experience. Other key attributes the candidate must possess include strong written and verbal communication skills, strict attention to detail, excellent computer skills, high level of organization, and the ability to multitask.
