Paran Homes Ushers in the Holiday Season with Toys for Tots Drives Throughout Atlanta

Regional Homebuilder Now Accepting New, Unwrapped Toys at Seven Active Communities in Metro Atlanta

Duluth, Ga, November 27, 2018 (Press Release) – Since 1947, Toys for Tots has served as the U.S. Marine Corps premier community action program. With a desire to give back to those in need within one of the cities where Paran Homes’ has the greatest presence, the regional homebuilder has launched Toys for Tots Drives at seven of its active communities throughout Metro Atlanta. During these toy drives, the Marines collect new, unwrapped toys and distribute them as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the surrounding community. Whether in search of a new home or merely wishing to bring a little happy to the holidays for one of the more than 15 million American children living in poverty, Atlantans are encouraged to drop by the sales centers of these communities with toys or bikes. Paran Homes will collect donations between November 28 and December 19.

“This year represents Paran Homes’ third time participating in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program,” said Michael Rosenberg, company president. “As in years past, we are teaming up with the incredible folks at the Duluth Police Department. In both 2016 and 2017, our Toys for Tots drives were wildly successful thanks to our homeowners, vendors, employees and community visitors. We truly hope there’s truth to the phrase: ‘third time’s the charm” so we can have our most impactful toy drive to date.”

The list of communities where Paran Homes is collecting on behalf of Toys for Tots includes:

  • Oakleigh Pointe, 96 Oakleigh Pointe Drive in Dallas, GA
  • Sweetwater Landing, 4696 Sweetwater Avenue in Powder Springs, GA
  • The Lakes of Franklin Goldmine, 5665 Winding Lakes Drive in Cumming, GA
